ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION

Type, model, quantity, unit price, total amount including tax, payment and delivery terms are shown in the order summary or proforma invoice.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICE AND PAYMENT

Payment may be made by credit/debit card (iyzico), bank transfer or other agreed methods.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumer buyers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Customized machines may be excluded. Notify contact@arabacimakine.com.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTES

Consumer disputes fall under consumer arbitration/courts; commercial disputes under Kutahya courts and enforcement offices.
