This page describes delivery, installation, returns and exchanges for industrial mill machines, spare parts and related products sold by ARABACI MAKİNA San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.. Order-specific terms are stated in the proforma invoice, contract or written quotation.

1. Delivery Methods

Ex-works Kutahya: Delivery from our production facility at 1. Organize Sanayi Bölgesi 4. Cd. No: 14, Kütahya / Merkez.
Domestic shipping: Insured shipment across Turkey via partner logistics providers.
Export shipment: INCOTERMS (FOB, CIF, etc.) are specified in the quotation.
Installation: On-site assembly and commissioning available on request.

2. Delivery Time

Lead times for standard in-stock models are confirmed in writing after order approval. Custom-built machines depend on model and production schedule.

3. Delivery Cost

Freight, insurance, customs, installation and commissioning costs are shown separately in the quotation unless stated otherwise.

4. Receipt of Goods

Report packaging damage or missing parts within 48 hours to contact@arabacimakine.com.

5. Payment and Shipment

Online card payments are processed securely via iyzico.

6. Warranty

Warranty terms are provided with the delivery documents. Warranty lookup: https://arabacimakine.com/garanti

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumer customers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Customized machines and fully installed products may be excluded. Notify us at contact@arabacimakine.com.

8. Defective Products

Your statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation remain applicable for defective goods.
